Bookings are made through the booking engine (Smoobu) and are subject to availability and confirmation.

The maximum capacity of each property is the one shown on its page and may not be exceeded. Smoking inside the apartments and pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise on the property page. No parties or loud music, out of respect for neighbours.

Cancellations: if you cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date, the amount paid is refunded minus a €10 cancellation fee. With less than 7 days to go before arrival, the cost of one night is retained as compensation.

Self check-in. Check-in and check-out times are shown during the booking process.

The owner may request guests’ identification details in accordance with the applicable traveller registration regulations.
